Typical scope of work

Completed Bathroom

Remove and Dispose of:

  • Tub and shower
  • Vanity and vanity top
  • Toilet
  • Tub, shower, and lavatory faucets
  • Shower enclosure or shower curtain
  • Existing tub and shower walls and general bathroom covering materials
  • Mirror and or medicine cabinet.
  • Surface mounted light fixtures.
  • Trash removal from property.

Remove and Reuse:

  • Bathroom access door.
  • Casings and baseboards.

Provide and Install:

  • New bathtub or shower base
  • New toilet
  • New shower faucets
  • New vanity
  • New vanity top with sink
  • New vanity faucet
  • New walls and floor tile underlayment
  • New wall and floor tile
  • New bathroom access door threshold
  • New wall and floor tile’s cement base grout.
  • New medicine cabinet and/or mirror.
  • New vanity light
  • New towel bars, toilet paper dispenser and towel rings
  • New primer and new paint on walls, and ceiling, and trims, and interior side of bathroom access door
  • New building materials such as: Durock, plumbing copper and PVC pipes, tubes and valves, escutcheons, wax rings, drywall, plaster, nails, screws, glues, thinset, wiring, outlets, cover plates, caulk and other sealant as needed.

Traffic Rooms Protection:

  • Take down all hanging pictures/painting or other goods off walls in our path from/to bathroom.
  • Cover all floors used to traffic from bathroom to garage or front entrance.

Jobsite entryway protection:

  • Cover doorway with zippered plastic sheeting
